Breakfast:
Tuna, salad.
Green tea.

Snack:
Think Thin protein bar

Lunch:
Chicken breast.
Caramel smoothie @ tcc (treat to calm me down before a killer meeting)

Snack:
Hard boiled egg.

Dinner:
Egg w long beans, chicken curry, bok chye stirfry.
Diet coke.
Green tea.

Snack:
Black decaf coffee.
