Granola @ Food For Thought: toasted rolled oats w sliced almonds, sunflower & pumpkin seeds, black & white sesame seeds, coconut, candied ginger, mango & raisins, served w skimmed milk.
Lunch:
Chicken breast salad.
Coke light.
Snack:
Durian wrap.
Dinner:
Steamed fish, stirfry veggies.
Green tea.
Snack:
Black decaf coffee.
